They quickly discovered a likeness of ethics and practices towards financial planning, and have been a consistent source of inspiration and reference to each other over many years. Both firms now meet together on a regular basis to discuss and review many aspects of financial advice, and the possible improvements and developments of our services.Derek Capelin, Founder and Managing Director of Capelin Financial Management is both a Chartered and Certified Financial Planner. This firm is officially appointed as an emergency locum for Adrian Cox Asset Management.

In order to overcome this, the firm appoints ‘Simply Biz’ as their dedicated Compliance Service Provider. Simply Biz, a National Firm, focuses solely on advising firms such as ourselves on the intricacies of meeting the ever increasing complexities of financial regulation. As a Simply Biz member, Adrian Cox Asset Management undertakes regular meetings to ensure compliance requirements are being met. In addition, access is gained to technical support, research tools, IT solutions, and preferential terms from providers that we can pass on to our clients.
